Warranty Policy:

Endura Flap products have a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under standard regular use. Endura Flap® Pet Doors Are 100% Designed, Engineered, and Manufactured in the USA. They are handmade for quality work in San Luis Obispo, California. 

We will replace any defective parts at no cost to you. Defective parts may include incorrectly sized flaps, bent or dented frames, or improperly fitted parts.

Customers living outside of the continental United States are responsible for shipping costs as well as duties and taxes (if applicable) for any replacement parts or services covered under the warranty policy regardless of the replacement part or service's original cost.  

Important Note:

Endura Flap® pet doors have a lifetime warranty for normal wear & tear and manufacturing defects (dog-chewing is not covered). Damage caused by not using the product as intended, improper installation, and chewing is not covered under this warranty.

Endura Flap Pet Doors used in a commercial application like a Kennel or Boarding facility have a three year warranty.

The new and revised warranty that follows this disclaimer supersedes any and all previous warranties of whatever nature or description, whether express, implied or set by law. Any unexpired warranties shall now be governed by the terms of the new warranty for the duration of the existing warranty’s unexpired term.

One Year Warranty:

Ideal’s pet doors are very durable and with the proper care will provide many years of service for you and your pet. Thank you for selecting Ideal for your pet door. However, please be aware the pet doors are not waterproof against inclement weather or any excessive water exposure. The one year warranty set forth below applies to Ideal’s pet door(s).

This product has a One Year Warranty from the date of the purchase of the product to be free of manufacturer’s defects in workmanship and materials. This express One Year Warranty is limited only to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable. Satisfactory proof of purchase must be provided to the manufacturer for this one year warranty to apply. In that case, the manufacturer will replace at no charge to the purchaser the defective part(s). No refunds will be provided to the purchaser. No service contract is being provided under this One Year Warranty. Proof of purchase so that the One Year Warranty may be honored must be made to:

This One Year Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Venue shall be with the Los Angeles Superior Court, North Valley District.

A-Glass Breakage:  We use fully tempered glass of the greatest quality and strength available for each application in our window, panel and storm window replacement model pet doors.  It also meets or exceeds all safety glazing laws and codes in the United States.  Even tempered glass will break on occasion, but it is very rare.  When there is a breakage of glass, for whatever reason, within the FIRST YEAR, we will replace the unit for 50% of the current total price.  There is no warranty on glass after the first year.  This warranty excludes the glass in windows and doors through which our in-glass models are installed.  For glass breakage in those instances, you would need to contact the company who installed your window or people door.

Hale Pet Door will credit 50% towards the cost of a replacement Hale Pet Door that was damaged due to miscutting, mismeasuring or any other damage due to no fault of Hale Pet Door within 30 days of purchase. Hale Pet Door will not accept any responsibility beyond 50% if damage is due to no fault of Hale Pet Door. This document supersedes all previous warranty documents.

High Tech Pet Products

Warranty Policy:

All of our products carry a full one-year warranty (with the exception of replacement collar key batteries. If your product fails to operate at any time, for any reason, within one year of the original delivery date we will repair or replace it at our expense, no questions asked. If it doesn't work, send it back, get another one. Guidelines: Your product must be returned to High Tech Pet Products and must be clean and free of pet hair, dust and dander. Items that are dirty or containing pet hair and requiring cleaning will be subject to a charge equal to 25% of the original purchase price. We will ship the repaired or replaced product back to you via FedEx Ground or USPS priority mail, at our expense however, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the defective product to us. In no case will High Tech Pet Products arrange or pay for the shipping of the defective product from your location to ours. Should you request the product to be sent out via air service, we will be happy to accommodate your request however, you will be required to pay the entire cost of the expedited service. ALL products, including pet doors, must be returned to us before we send out a replacement unit. We must receive and examine the defective unit before the repaired or replaced unit is shipped out to you. There are no exceptions to this policy. When returning a product for repair or replacement, you must allow at least 1 – 2 weeks for replacement plus shipping time each way. Pride Pet Doors

Warranty Policy:

To the original purchaser, Z Industries warrants this product and its component parts to be free of defects on materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Damage caused by accident, improper installation, or abuse, including damage caused by pets, is specifically excluded from this warranty. The manufacturer’s liability on any claim shall not exceed the cost of the product. In no instance shall the manufacturer be responsible for consequential damage resulting from the use of this product. Pet Door Guys

Warranty Policy:

The Pet Door Guys guarantee will replace any portion of the framing or glass of the pet door insert for a period of 10 years to the original purchaser. The flap assembly is warranted by the manufacturer, Patio Pacific, for a period of 15 years.

This warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. This guarantee is offered only to the original owners of single-family homes who purchased The Pet Door Guys’ product in the United States and is not transferable.

2. Pet Door Guys is not responsible for damage caused by second or third-party shippers. The product must be inspected upon delivery and refused to shipper if damaged. Pet Door Guys will do everything in its control to limit and replace damage. If the damaged product is not refused upon delivery, claims must be documented with pictures and parts will be replaced on a case-by-case basis.

3. Scratches and other cosmetic issues must be reported within 10 days of installation.

4. This warranty does not extend to commercial applications.

5. Pet door guys will not warranty air infiltration due to excessive HVAC air flow. Our product is not recommended for use in condominiums and/or apartments as we have found that in some condominiums the flap will not close properly due to excessive air flow caused by the HVAC system.

6. Pet Door Guys is not responsible for glass breakage or failure due to misuse, applied tints or acts of God.

7. Pet Door Guys is not responsible for damage beyond its control. Having a pet door opening does imply some risk. Pet Door Guys does not assume any liability regarding security or unwanted entry or exit.

Warranty Policy:

SureFlap™ Cat Door Guarantee

Guarantee: SureFlap™ microchip cat flaps carry a 3-year guarantee from the date of purchase, subject to proof of purchase date. The guarantee is restricted to any fault caused by defective materials, components or manufacture. This guarantee does not apply to products whose defect has been caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect or intentional damage.

In the event of a part failure due to faulty parts or workmanship, the part will be replaced free of charge during the guarantee period only. At the manufacturer's discretion, a replacement product may be provided free of charge in the case of a more serious malfunction. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Disclaimer: The SureFlap™ microchip cat flap incorporates selective entry features which have been designed to minimize the risk of unwanted animals entering your home. However, it is not possible to fully guarantee the exclusion of all other animals in all circumstances.

Bug Off

Warranty Policy:

Wolf & Moon Products, Inc. (the "Company") warrants that Bug Off will operate substantially as described in its sale material for 30 days after purchase. The Company will, at your option, replace the product or refund the purchase price for products that do not comply with the foregoing warranty. To request a refund or replacement call the company where you purchased Bug Off Screen. If you purchased Bug Off directly from us, there is no need to call us, simply return within 30 days to Bug Off Screen, 2045 Burton Dr., Cambria, CA 93428. Please include an explanation note, with your sales receipt number, inside the box. Any implied warranty is also limited to 30 days. There are no warranties that extend beyond the foregoing warranty.

The above is your exclusive remedy for product defects. The company shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. Regardless of the theory of liability, the company liability will not exceed the purchase price.

Caution - Failure to use Bug Off according to the following will void your warranty:

1. Do not use Bug Off as a barrier to keep pets or children inside.

2. Do not use Bug Off where small children or small pets can pull down the screen and rod, as rod could injure small children or small pets.

3. The support rod must be correctly installed to fit tight in your doorjamb and periodically tightened again. Open rod 1 to 2 inches wider than your door frame and push snugly into top of doorjamb. test that the rod is tight. Repeat as needed.

4. Do not disassemble the support rod.

5. The adhesive-backed velcro can damage or remove door frame finishes. Clean doorjamb. before adhering velcro and use an adhesive dissolver to aid removal. Company assumes no responsibility for paint or finfish of doorjamb.

6. Do not remove rubber tips from rod. Do not remove magnets or other elements from product because they can be swallowed by children or pets.

Doors 4 Pets and People

Warranty Policy:

Your purchase is covered by two warranties; a Storm Door warranty and separate Pet Door Warranty.

Storm Door Warranty:

For ten (10) years from the date of the original purchase if the paint finishes chips, cracks, or peels, the Doors 4 Pets Company, at its option, will repair the door or furnish a replacement section free of charge, subject to the following terms and conditions in this warranty. 

LIMITED ONE (1) YEAR WARRANTY ON DOOR HARDWARE 

For one year from the date of purchase if the door sweep inserts, door handle, latch, closer, wind chain, door rollers or glass/screen insert retainers are defective in material or workmanship, the Doors 4 Pets Company will furnish replacement hardware free of charge. 

LIMITED THIRTY (30) DAY WARRANTY ON SCREEN AND GLASS INSERTS

For thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, if the screen or glass insert is defective in material or workmanship, Doors 4 Pets Company will repair the insert or furnish a replacement, free of charge. 

This warranty applies only to the original purchase and does not cover doors used in commercial, rental, or non-residential property. Storm or wind damage to the door or house settling is not a defect in the material and is not covered by this warranty. This warranty does not obligate Doors 4 Pets Company to bear the cost or removal, installation or transportation in connection with the repair or replacement of the product. 

This warranty does not include normal wear and tear, atmospheric damage, pollutants, mildew buildup or that caused by misuse, abuse, failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance of the product, fire, lightning, hurricanes, tornadoes, windstorms, hail, vandalism, earthquakes or other acts of God, impact other causes beyond the control of Doors 4 Pets Company. This warranty does not cover Pet Door in any operation or design or performances. 

The warranty on the painted finish shall remain in effect only if the normal cleaning practices are followed periodically, It is recommended that a solution of ⅓ cup mild detergent per gallon of water be used for cleaning. DO NOT USE cleaners containing abrasive particles or solvent type cleaners, paint removers, thinners or anything containing such substances. 

Condensation on windows, which may occur as the natural result of humidity within the property, and changes in interior/exterior temperatures, does not indicate a defect in the door and is not included in this warranty. 

No distributor or representative of Doors 4 Pets Company has the authority to alter or change the Limited Warranty either in orally or in writing. 

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Cat Mate/ Dog Mate/ Ani Mate 3 Year Limited Warranty

Guarantees your purchase for a period of three years from the date of original purchase against any defect arising due to faulty materials or manufacture. Accordingly, any defective item will be repaired free of charge or replaced at the manufacturer’s option provided that the defect has not been caused by neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear and proof of purchase date is supplied. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Mason Company

Warranty Policy:

We sincerely believe that our modular animal enclosures are the world’s finest. Over 100 years of quality manufacturing and fair dealing stand behind every product sold by Mason Company.

Mason Company warrants that its products conform to specifications and that they are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three years from date of purchase (with the exception of Mason stainless steel kennel gates, which are warranted for ten years), except that Mason Company makes no warranties as to items and components furnished and warranted by others. Also with the exception of Pickwick doors. Pickwick door hinges are not under warranty. Normal wear and tear excludes the hinges from warranty.

The sole obligation of Mason Company under this warranty shall be to repair or replace (Mason Company’s option) any products found by Mason Company to be defective or not in conformity, provided that Buyer shall have given written notice to Mason Company specifying said defects and/or nonconformities within 30 days after such conditions should have been discovered.

Mason Company reserves the right to inspect all materials alleged to be defective or in nonconformance, and Buyer shall hold and protect all products for which Buyer has given notice as stated above until Buyer is instructed to do otherwise by Mason Company. While such products are in Buyer’s possession, Buyer shall be liable for all damages to said products.

One Year Non-Transferable Limited Warranty:

What is Covered

Radio Systems Corporation, owner of the PetSafe Brand, (hereinafter referred to as “PetSafe”) warrants to the original retail consumer purchaser, and not any other purchaser or subsequent owner, that its PetSafe product, when subject to normal and proper residential use, will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the purchase date. An “original retail consumer purchaser” is a person or entity who originally purchases the product or a gift recipient of a new product that is unopened and in its original packaging. When serviced by PetSafe Customer Service, PetSafe covers labor and parts for the first year of ownership; after the first year, a service or upgrade charge will apply relative to replacement of the product, with new or refurbished items at PetSafe’s sole discretion. Proper Product Use

This product is designed only for use with domesticated animals; do not use this product for any other purpose. However, the specific temperament of your animal may not work with this product. We recommend that you do not use this product if your animal is aggressive. This non-transferrable limited warranty does not provide protection against, and PetSafe will have no liability under this non-transferrable limited warranty for any damage to or defects in the products caused by any animal, loss of product(s), failure, defect or damage caused by events and situations beyond normal residential exposure conditions, including, but not limited to: commercial use, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation or installation not in accordance with PetSafe’s instructions, use of non-PetSafe accessories, impacts of foreign objects, acts of God, abnormal or improper use, improper storage, attempted repair or service by anyone other than PetSafe Customer Service, accident, alteration, defects in or failure of the surface the PetSafe product is installed in or upon, discoloration or other damage caused by pollution, sunlight, other environmental conditions, mold, dirt, mildew, or exposure to harmful chemicals and any other cause not involving manufacturing defects in the PetSafe product. Under no circumstances will PetSafe be liable for any non-PetSafe labor charges or any expenses whatsoever in connection with the removal, repair, or installation of either the original or replacement component(s) relative to in-ground fence installation, kennel installation, pet door installation, and other permanent, semi-permanent, or fixture type installations on the retail consumer purchaser’s property.

Making a Warranty Claim

Pursuant to this non-transferrable limited warranty, PetSafe will replace the part with a new or refurbished part. This non-transferrable limited warranty will then apply to either the new or refurbished part for the remainder of the original non-transferrable limited warranty period.

Disclaimers

Replacement as provided under this non-transferrable limited warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer. Neither labor to remove the part nor labor to install the refurbished or replaced part is covered.

This non-transferrable limited warranty shall be governed by the law of the State of Tennessee, U.S.A., and by the laws of the United States of America, excluding their conflicts of laws principles. Furthermore, the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby excluded in its entirety from application to this non-transferrable limited warranty. Jurisdiction and venue shall be exclusive to the courts of Knox County, Tennessee. These warranties give you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country. Some states or countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Product represented as used, refurbished, or “as-is”, or not in the original packaging will not be covered by our warranty, or any consumer support.

We are committed to consumer satisfaction. To that end Radio Systems Corp. cautions consumers from purchasing any product other than product in its original packaging or specially marked refurbished packaging.

Proof of Purchase must be provided to our customer care center before a warranty claim can be honored. What is Covered

Radio Systems Corporation, owner of the PetSafe Brand, (hereinafter referred to as “PetSafe”) warrants to the original retail consumer purchaser, and not any other purchaser or subsequent owner, that its PetSafe product, when subject to normal and proper residential use, will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the purchase date. An “original retail consumer purchaser” is a person or entity who originally purchases the product or a gift recipient of a new product that is unopened and in its original packaging. When serviced by PetSafe Customer Service, PetSafe covers labor and parts for the first year of ownership; after the first year, a service or upgrade charge will apply relative to replacement of the product, with new or refurbished items at PetSafe’s sole discretion. The limited warranty is non-transferable and shall automatically terminate if the original retail consumer purchaser resells the PetSafe product or transfers the property on which the PetSafe product is installed. In the event of defect, these are your exclusive remedies.
